Moles of O2 = 3.56x10^22/ 32 = 1.1125x 10^21

Maximum moles of NO2 producible = (1.1125x10^21/7) x 4 = 6.3571 x 10^20

Mass of 1 mole of NO2 = 14+32= 46

Therefore mass that can be produced= (6.3571x10^20) * 46 = 2.924x10^22 g
