multiply 44 and 156 then divide it by 1496

44/11=4
the cheerleader sign is 1/4 of other sign

A=LW
A/L=W
1496/44=W
34=W

scale it down 1/4
34/4=8.5

P=2(L+W)
P=2(11+8.5)
P=2(19.5)
P=39 inches

area=legnth times width
A=11*8.5
A=93.5 square inches




perimiter is 39 inches
area is 93.5 square inches
