so what you do is put y over x first which u will see will be the third graph as the answer because they all end up being 2/1 even if there negative its still proportional in a graph

Answer:

Table C

Explanation:

we know that

A relationship between two variables, x, and y, represent a proportional variation if it can be expressed in the form
y/x=k or
y=kx

Find the value of the constant of proportionality in each table

Table A

For
x=-2, y=-4 ------>
k=-4/-2=2

For
x=-1, y=-3 ------>
k=-3/-1=3

This table has different values of k

therefore

the table A does not represent a proportional relationship

Table B

For
x=-2, y=-4 ------>
k=-4/-2=2

For
x=-1, y=-2 ------>
k=-2/-1=2

For
x=1, y=3 ------>
k=3/1=3

This table has different values of k

therefore

the table B does not represent a proportional relationship

Table C

For
x=-2, y=-4 ------>
k=-4/-2=2

For
x=-1, y=-2 ------>
k=-2/-1=2

For
x=1, y=2 ------>
k=2/1=2

For
x=2, y=4 ------>
k=4/2=2

This table has the same value of k

therefore

the table C represent a proportional relationship

Table D

For
x=-2, y=-4 ------>
k=-4/-2=2

For
x=-1, y=-2 ------>
k=-2/-1=2

For
x=1, y=2 ------>
k=2/1=2

For
x=2, y=6 ------>
k=6/2=3

This table has different values of k

therefore

the table D does not represent a proportional relationship
