ok
x=angle
we want radians
2pi radians in 1 circle
x/2pi=27/circumference
find circumfernce
c=2pir
c=2pi10
c=20pi
x/2pi=27/20pi
times both sides by 2pi
x=27/10
x=2.7
answer is 2.7 radians
