Here, if the lines are parallel, then
m∠1 + m∠3 = 180 [ Linear-paired angles ]
52 + m∠3 = 180
m∠3 = 180-52 = 128

Now, m∠3 = m∠11 [ corresponding angles ]
So, m∠11 = 128

In short, Option C would be your answer.
