If we witness events in a frame of reference moving past us, time appears to be stretched out (dilated). how do the lengths of objects in that frame appear?

If we witness events in a frame of reference moving past us, time appears to be stretched out (dilated), and the observer at rest (relative to the moving object) would observe the moving object to be shorter in length.

I hope my answer has come to your help. God bless and have a nice day ahead.
