You just have to divide 299 kilometers by 92 kilometers and you get your answer.
It will take the police car 3 hours and 15 minuets to travel 299 kilometers.

Because the car is driving 92 km/h and needs to travel a distance of 299 km, you divide 299 by 92 to find that it will take the car 3 and 1/4 hours (or 15 minutes) to drive that distance. Hope this helps!
