From the given graph the line is straight ,so it means that the relation between x and y is directly proportional

(or) you can also say that at each point the slope of the line is same

slope =y/x , slope= 26/2 = 65/2 = 117/9 =13

hence slope is same that's why relation between x and y is direct relation

y∝ x

y=k*x

k=y/x

putt any point one the line to find the value of constant of proportionality,

i putt (2,26)

k=26/2 =13 value of proportionality constant

now to find cost of 14 tickets ,

we have y=13*x , now putt x=14

we will get cost(its on y-axis while ticket is on x-axis)

y=13*14

y= $182 cost of 14 tickets

so "C" option is correct
