2000 to 2001 is 39%
2001 to 2002 is 46%

So 2001 to 2002 was the higher percentange

In 2000 - 3250
In 2001 - 3640

3640 - 3250 = 390

(390/3250)*100 = 12%

2001 - 3640
2002 - 4100


4100 - 3640 = 460

(460/3640) * 100 = 12.6%
