The best answer would be B. Although recognizing stressors and talking to psychologists are an effective method, stress can be dealt with at home by developing healthy habits and coping mechanisms. Ignoring stressors causes more stress and erasing in from your mind doesn't mean it goes away. Therefore B is the best answer.
