-4 1/2, -17/4, -4.65, 33/8 Change all to decimal.

- 4.5, -4.25, -4.65, 4.125

For negative numbers, the one with the biggest size is the smallest.

So arranging from the least to greatest:

-4.65, -4.5, -4.25, 4.125 , replacing with the original numbers.

-4.65, -4 1/2, -17/4, 33/8 is the order from the least to the greatest.

Hope this explains it.

In order to compare all of them, you'll need to convert all of them into one type of format (here we will use decimal form) :

-4 1/2 , -17/4, -4.65, 33/8

Convert only mixed number to fraction form,
-9/2, -17/4, -4.65, 33/8

Now, convert all the fractions into decimals,
-4.5, -4.25, -4.65, 4.125

Now, it's easy to compare all of them, Arrange them as follows:
-4.65 < -4.5 < -4.25 < 4.125

At-last, you can re-write their original forms,

-4.65 < -4 1/2 < -17/4 < 33/8

Hope this helps!
