percent means parts out of 100
13 and 1/3%=(13 and 1/3)/100
convert 13 and 1/3 into imporpor fraction
13 and 1/3=13+1/3=39/3+1/3=40/3
(40/3)/100=(40/3) times 1/100=40/300=4/30=2/15
it is 2/15
