We have
(2x-5)(2x+10)
We multiply
2x by the terms in the second parenthesis.
Next we multiply
-5 by the terms in the second parenthesis.
You should get
4x^2+20x-10x-50
Next, combine like terms, and you will get

4x^2+10x-50
