I hope this helps you
(square root of 2x^2-3x)^2=0^2
2x^2-3x=0
x (2x-3)=0
x=0
2x-3=0
x=3/2

factor out x
x(2x-3)=0
set eh to 0
x=0
2x-3=0
2x=3
x=3/2
the roots are 0 and 3/2
