The molarity of nitric acid solution is = 0.53M

calculation

calculate the moles of NaOH

moles = molarity x volume
= 119.4 x0.200 = 23.88 moles

write the equation for reaction

NaOH +HNO3 = NaNO3 +H2O

by use of mole ratio between NaOH to HNO3 which is 1:1 the moles of HNO3 is also = 23.88 moles

molarity = moles/volume

23.88/45 = 0.53 M
