What value of g must be added to 4x2 - 18xy + g to make it a perfect square? Please help me... ​

The perfect square in question is

(2x + 9y)^2

This expands out to

4x^2 + 18xy + 81y

Not sure how g is in there but 81 or 81y would be the correct answer
