Explanation:

√3cscx + 2 = 0

cscx = -2/√3

sinx = 1/cscx = -√3/2

We have the basic angle x = 60°.

(Because sin60° = √3/2)

Since sinx is negative, it must fall in Quadrants III or IV.

=> x = 180° + 60° or x = 360° - 60°

=> x = 240° or x = 300°.
