The frontal lobe is the part of the brain which is located at the front of the skull above the eyes. The right frontal lobe is associated with awareness of emotions and non-verbal abilities. Patients with right frontal lobe damage exhibit loss of fine movements and strength of the arms, hands and fingers which is due to the disturbance of motor function.
