The correct answer is neutralization.
Neutralizing antibodies have the possibility to neutralize the biological effects of toxins. The difference between neutralizing antibodies and binding antibodies is that binding antibodies signal to white blood cells that antigen has been targeted. On the other hand, neutralizing antibodies directly binds to an antigen (toxin). The example is neutralization of diphtheria toxin.
