It is helpful to know the definitions of a complement and a supplement.
Complementary angles are two angles whose sum is 90 degrees.
Supplementary angles are two angles whose sum is 180 degrees.

So the first one will be:
37 + C = 90 | C = 53 degrees
37 + S = 180 | S = 143

The rest you can do similarly.
