slope of the line = (2-0) / 0-1) = -2
y-y1 = -2(x - x1) where (x1,y1) is a point on the line
use x1 = 1 and y1 = 0:-
y = -2(x - 1)
answer is y = -2x + 2

To find the equation:
1) Find the slope : m=y2-y1/x2-x1 = 2-0/0-1 = 2/-1 = -2
2) y-y1 = m(x-x1)
y-0 = -2(x-1)
y = -2x + 2
The equation would be y = -2x + 2
