Use the pythagorean theorem (a^2 + b^2 = c^2), 61 is the hypotenuse so it would be C. To solve the problem you would do, (11^2 + b^2 = 61^2). The next step is: (121 + b^2 = 3721). Then: (b^2 = 3600). Finally square root each side to get (b = 60)

side = sqrt (61^2 - 11^2) = sqrt 3600 = 60 in Answer
