The midpoint of the segment with endpoints (10, 6) and (-4, 8) would be

\left(\frac{10 + -4}2,\frac{6 + 8}2\right) = \left(\frac{6}2,\frac{14}2\right) = \boxed{(3,7)}

Answer:

Mid point
(3,7).

Explanation:

Given : End point (10, 6) and (-4, 8)

To find : Mid point .

Solution : We have given End point (10, 6) and (-4, 8)

Mid point :
((x_(1) +x_(2))/(2),(y_(1) +y_(2))/(2)).

x_(1)=10

x_(2)=-4

y_(1)=6

y_(2)=8.

Then ,
((10 +(-4))/(2),(6 + 8)/(2)).

((10 -4)/(2),(14)/(2)).

((6)/(2),(14)/(2)).

(3,7).

Therefore, Mid point
(3,7).
