They can do the following...
- ensure that their patients do not wait for an excessively long time in waiting rooms
- have a friendly, caring, and helping attitude (create a welcoming and comforting environment)
- listen to the patient and make clear that they are doing what they can to help.
- organize schedule for appointments. (Make it clear)
