What are examples of organizational artifacts? Physical manifestations such as logo, decor, dress, and physical layout. There are three amor levels in an organizations culture: artifacts, values and assumptions. The artifacts of an organizations culture are items that people can see with the eye, no one needs to work for the company to know these principals. Because they are items people can view they are commonly the logos, decorations, furniture and dress norms of a company.
