The right answer is "mature adults have a right to self-determination". Because of the increased life expectancy, new debates have arisen about the quality of life of the elderly. This is why it has been proposed that older people have the right to determine when they want to end their life. It is called a dignified death, and in many countries euthanasia has been accepted for older people who consider their quality of life very low.

I hope my answer can help you.
