As we see the following equation (y = 8/13x + 7) is written in the Slope-Intercept form (y = mx + b). Where M is the slope and B is the Y-intercept

So according to the equation Slope = M = 8/13 and Y-Intercept = B = 7

Your Y-Intercept is (0,7)

We know that the slope formula is y=mx+b. We also know that b=y-intercept. The y-intercept is the location where the line crosses the y-axis on a coordinate plane.

In the equation y=8/13x+7 we know that 7 is the y-intercept. 7 on a coordinate plane is also known as (0,7) when measured on the y-intercept.

Therefore the y-intercept of that equation is: (0,7)
