Why is romeo feeling cheerful at the beginning of scene i?

Hi there!
Romeo is feeling cheerful at the beginning of scene I because of Juliet's favor, and because he is in love with her.
("Out of her favour, where I am, in love" - Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet, act I scene I, line 173)
