well I think it's true almost always, but maybe in some cases it's better if you don't, like if you're running for a campaign or something you should centre on your best qualities instead of your weaknesses

Answer:

It is true to admit few weaknesses openly in an interview.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • All of us will definitely have weaknesses as we are bound to commit mistakes in spite of having known about it.
  • After all, we are humans. It appears unrealistic if we do not admit our weaknesses. Interviews are meant to understand the potential and weaknesses of an individual.
  • It helps to have a better understanding regarding the abilities in the required domain before appointing.
  • It is better to freely admit the capabilities in order to set appropriate expectations from the employer.
