we know that
circumference=2*pi*r
for r=3 in
circumference=2*pi*3------> 18.84 in
if 2*pi radians (full circle) has a length of--------> 18.84 in
7*pi/3 radians-----------------> x
x=7*pi/3*18.84/(2*pi)-------> x=21.98 in
the answer is
21.98 in
