Obviously the Correct Step would give him the correct answer lol !

But, here he goes !!

$( {x}^(2) - 10x + 36)$

$= ( {x}^(2) - 2(x)(5) + {(5)}^(2) ) + 11$

= (x - 5)^(2) + 11

✓ So, h = 5 ; k = 11 would make him correct
