As age occurs, what happens to people's ability to concentrate on a task for an extended period of time? in laboratory tests, older and younger adults were presented with a series if stimuli and were required ti press a jey only when they saw a particular pattern.

As a person ages, people’s ability to concentrate on a task for an extended period of time have a great difference. Older adults responded more slowly and made more errors when presented with a series of stimuli compare to younger adults. Therefore, the processing of eye-hand coordination have declined consequently with age.
