Abraham Lincoln is viewed by historians as Moderate Republican. So the answer is letter C. Abraham Lincoln was a moderate Republican because he brought an agreement between the Conservative and Radical factions, and the Democrat factions.

The answer is C. Moderate Republican. Abraham Lincoln was a moderate Republican like Ulysses S. Grant though they may have tendencies toward being Radical Republicans on some issues, they intervened to bring about an agreement between the Conservative and Radical factions, and the Democrat factions.
