Please hellpppp!!!!!!!!!!!

Let P(2, 3) be a point on a figure. The figure is dilated by a scale factor of 4.

What are the coordinates of P′?

Hi there!

In order to dilate a figure by 4, we'll need to multiply both the x and the y coordinates by 4. This makes the figure 4 times bigger. Doing this gives us the coordinates (8,12).
