Reflexive action controlled by brain -> blinking your eyes every few seconds

involuntary but non-reflexive -> beating of the heart

reflexive -> jumping when startled by a load horn

voluntary -> bicycling on the road

This is a reflex, yes, but with a little bit of concentration, you can control it.

Involuntary but non-reflexive ---------- beating of the heart.

Well, you really can't do anything to control it. It i involuntary yes, but is not reflex provocated

Reflexive action ---- Jumping when startled by a loud horn.

The loud horn scares you, then your reflexes made you jump. (if you know there will be a loud sound, you could control the reflexes, but let's suppose you don't know it)

Voluntary action ----- Bicycling on the road.

You need to actually think every movement you do here, you maybe can use some muscle memory, but not reflexes in principle.
