The sum of the internal angles of a quadrilateral is equal to 360 degrees
so
Let
x--------> the measure of the fourth angle
90+46+120+x=360
x=360-(90+46+120)
x=104 degrees
the answer is
the measure of the fourth angle is 104 degrees
