the law of cosines established that
b² = a² + c² − 2ac cos(B)

in this problem
a=22 units
c=14 units
B=110°

b² = 22² + 14² − 2*22*14*cos(110°)----> b²=890.68------> b=29.84 units

the answer is the option
D) 29.84
