PLEASE help!!! what is 4y + 12x= 24 in y intercept form????

Y=3x+6. Subtract over the 12x then divide by 4 to get the answer

4y + 12x = 24
Solve for y. Subtract 12x from both sides.

4y = 24 - 12x
Divide both sides by 4.

y = 6 - 3x
