We have y - 2 = m(x + 5), where m = (-1 - 2)/(10 + 5) = -3/15 = -1/5;
Then y - 2 = (-1/5)(x + 5);
5y - 10 = (-1)(x + 5);
5y - 10 = -x - 5;
x + 5y - 5 = 0 is the equation of the line.
