A diary entry would be written in that style, since a stream-of- consciousness narrative is meant to depict all the emotions and thoughts in a mind. From what I understand of it, at least.

Answer: A diary entry and a poem

The stream of consciousness technique is a narrative style that attempts to copy the convoluted way in which thoughts are expressed in a person's mind. Works written with this technique are often difficult to understand, as they are linked together by loose psychological associations, as opposed to strict logic. Because the style is so personal, a diary entry is an ideal medium to use it. Another good option is a poem, as they can be deeply personal and aesthetically pleasing. An example of a poem written in this style is The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock by T. S. Eliot.
