I believe the answer is C, but I am not 100% sure. Though, I hope this helps.

When you subtract (x -2)² from both sides of the equation, you get
y² = 64 -(x -2)²
y² = 64 -(x² -4x +4)
y² = -x² +4x +60

The answer is ...
D. y² = -x² +4x +60
