i think it made them loose a bunch of products which led to chaos in the mid-west it also took a certain amount of time to get everything back to the way it was before the storms also probably harmed alot of the animals during it. hope i helped :)!

This questions has various answers but if i was to say one of them the dust storms had a huge impact on the farmers crops because they would just destroy whole fields leaving the farmers crop less and sometimes broke.
