The formula for calculating length of a side of triangle is:

d= \sqrt{( x_(2)- x_(1)) ^(2)+(y_(2)-y_(1))^(2) }
And as perimeter is just the sum of length of all side, we will calculate the length of each side and then sum them up.

1. Side AB:

d_(1)= \sqrt{( 3- (-2)) ^(2)+(0-3)^(2) }
d₁= √34

2.Side AC

d_(2)= \sqrt{( (-4)- (-2)) ^(2)+((-3)-3)^(2) }
d₂=2√10

3.Side BC

d_(3)= \sqrt{( (-4)- 3) ^(2)+((-3)-0)^(2)
d₃=√58

Perimeter

P= √(34)+ 2√(10) + √(58)
P=19.77
