What should a medical assistant do if he or she notices that another medical assistant in the practice has performed a sterile procedure such as capitalization or starting an intravenous infusion with no previous training in the procedure?

They should let the manager know as if they have not done the procedure before or haven't had much practise with the procedure it could go wrong and can become fatal.
