Given => y = 6x - 11. ... equation 1

-2x - 3y = -7. ... equation 2

Putting value of y from equation 1 to equation 2, we get

=> -2x - 3(6x - 11) = -7

=> -2x - 18x + 33 = -7

=> -20x = -40

=> x = 40/20

=> x = 2

Put the value of x in equation 1, we get

=> y = 6(2) - 11

=> y = 12 - 11

=> y = 1

Hope this helps!
