AC and AB are tangents to circle O, meaning that the angles C and B are right angles of 90 degrees. Since a quadrilateral's internal angles must sum up to 360 degrees, this means that A + B + C + O = 360
70 + 90 + 90 + O = 360
O = 110 degrees.
