The right expression for r is give as follows:
r = Sqrt [(3V)/(πh)]
Making the V the subject of the formula
r^2 = (3V)/(πh)
V = πr^2h/3
Substituting,
V= 3.14*3^2*8/3 = 75.36 sq. units
