we know that
surface area of the triangular prism=2*area of the base+perimeter of base*height

area of the base=b*h/2
b=3 ft
h=4 ft
area of the base=3*4/2----> 6 ft²

perimeter of the base=3+4+5-----> 12 ft
height of the prism=12 ft

surface area of the triangular prism=2*6+12*12-----> 12+144---> 156 ft²

the answer is
156 ft²
