The solutions to the given quadratic equation can be determined using quadratic formula.

x= \frac{-b+- \sqrt{ b^(2) -4ac} }{2a}

b =coefficient of x term = -3
a = coefficient of squared term = 1
c = constant term = 3

Using the values in the above formula we get:

x= (3+- √(9-4(1)(3)) )/(2(1)) \\ \\ x= (3+- √(-3) )/(2) \\ \\ x= (3+- √(3)i )/(2)

Thus, option A gives the correct solution
