What factors encouraged Latinos to immigrate to the United States during and after world war 2

The need for agricultural labor encouraged Latinos (especially those of Mexican descent) to immigrate to the US during this time period. Additionally, immigration restrictions became more lax after WWII, which further encouraged Latinos to enter the US.
